where can I park?
We have a small lot with a handful of spaces directly next to the salon, but there is also metered street parking available that is free after 6pm and on the weekends.

where is your salon located?
Our salon is located in Lakewood outside Cleveland, OH. We are in a cute community of shops featuring the famous Oktobers shop, Rising Star Coffee and Harlow’s Pizza Shop.
what is your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice 50% and 24 hours notice 100% and no-shows as well. When booking your appointment you’ll be asked to put a credit card on file to hold your appointment, and you will need to read our cancellation policy to proceed with booking. Your card will not be fined unless you are notified that you missed an appointment or failed to reschedule.
are you an accessible salon?
We have an accessible parking space next to our salon, and our sidewalks are accessible via drives and ramps. We have aimed to create an ADA-safe space in our salon including our bathrooms, and if there is ever a concern or question you may have, please connect with us before your appointment so we can accommodate any changes for you.
Is Verb Studio cashless?
Yes, Verb Studio is a fully cashless salon. For a seamless checkout, we accept credit/debit cards and electronic payments like Apple Pay. It’s quick, secure, and hassle-free!
Do I tip my stylist?
At Verb Studio, gratuity is not expected! Our stylists have carefully set their hourly rates to ensure they are fairly compensated. Instead of tipping, we encourage you to share your experience on social media or leave us a review—we’d love to hear from you!
